We are the only HVAC test & balance company in Arizona to provide a full two-year warranty on all of our test & balance projects. Not a limited warranty. Not a workmanship clause buried in fine print. A full warranty, on every project, for two full years.

Tier Two

1-Year Quality Assurance Warranty

Every device, piece of equipment, room, or building that requires annual code certification includes a full one-year quality assurance warranty — not as an upsell, but as a mandatory component of the work. If we certify it, we stand behind it until we certify it again.
