The Second Warranty: Annual Certifications

Beyond the standard project warranty, any device, piece of equipment, room, or building that requires annual code certification — operating rooms, critical care spaces, life safety systems — includes a full one-year quality assurance warranty as a mandatory part of the work, not an optional add-on. If CSA certifies it, CSA stands behind it until the next required certification cycle.

Why This Is Rare in the Industry

Across the Arizona TAB market, published warranties are uncommon. Most firms' marketing focuses on certification status (NEBB or AABC membership) and years in business, both of which speak to a company's credentials but say nothing about what happens if a specific project's numbers don't hold up after the fact.
